Working in Advisor Check-In

Advisor Check-In has the following tabs for completing the write-up:

  • Customer – Review and complete the customer and vehicle information.
  • Concerns – Add concerns to the RO.
  • History – Review vehicle service history, including service quotes.
  • Services – Add service items, and generate the maintenance menu.
  • Walk Around – Capture information from the vehicle walk-around.
  • Assign R.O. – Assign the RO to the appropriate advisor, add customer options and assign promise delivery time.
  • Authorization – Finalize and create ('push') the RO with the customer.

 

Once the Customer page is completed, navigate through the rest of the tabs by:

  • Selecting one of the tabs at the top of the page, or
  • Clicking in the bottom right corner of each page. These buttons move you through the write-up process step-by-step.

Note: Use at the bottom of the page at any time to return to the Search page. Any updates are saved.
